At Garnish you will be treated with a very personal, and often interactive, shopping experience. As Erica designs her line for the coming month you may be asked your opinion on elements of the design and perhaps she’ll even name the style after you! Or work with her to customize a piece that suits your exact personal style. The gals at Garnish are happy to help you discover what is most flattering on you and encourage you to bring forth your inner fashionista. At Erica’s boutique you can find a great selection of tops, dresses and accessories, plus Erica provides a custom service where you can hand in hand design a dress with the designer. With a mother who loves to sew, Erica began sewing at a young age. She entered her first outfit, a spatter painted top and skirt, in the Vermont State Fair and has been in love with the process of creating ever since.
After starting and running a polar fleece outerwear business in high school, Erica realized that having a clothing business was both challenging and rewarding. She graduated from Montana State University with a BFA in ‘Sculpture’ and a minor in ‘Clothing and Textiles’. Her sculptures, which were typically metal or a combination of found objects, often focused on clothing as she experimented with texture and form.
