Popina ships to addresses within the continental United States, U.S. territories, and to some foreign countries. In-stock orders are processed within 48 hours. All shipments originate from our warehouse located in Portland, Oregon. Shipping charges are intended to cover overhead costs associated with processing orders, handling, packaging, and shipping products to you. In some cases, your shipping charges may exceed the cost of the product(s) purchased.

Shipments within the United States are shipped UPS, via UPS Ground, our least expensive shipping option which is usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. We also offer delivery express services via UPS at a higher cost. All packages will be dropped off at your address unless you specify in the customer notes section at checkout that you would like to sign for the merchandise. Popina is not responsible for delivered merchandise that is stolen after delivery.

Shipments to International addresses are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail and usually delivered within 3 to 15 business days. Each International order is limited to 4 pounds(U.S) per shipment. Additional arrangements and charges apply for orders exceeding 4 pounds(U.S). You are responsible for duties and taxes applicable to your country.

Any shipments to military APO/FPO mail boxes or post office boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the standard shipping rate listed below. For delivery to a APO/FPO or PO Box addresses, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the time you place your order.

Due to national security and safety standards, all orders may be subject to inspection at any parcel-handling servicing point during its transit. Orders subject to these inspections may result in the opening of its packaging and shipment delays that is not in the control of popinaswimwear.com.
